20 Safe Heaven Large Cap Dividend Stocks With Yields Over 3%

The stock market is currently enjoying a lot of strength, with the major indices trading near record highs, which is a great thing, but it also creates a little fear among investors who expect to see profit takers move in and push the market lower.

When the market is strong as it currently is, you never want to liquidate your holdings in order to avoid a potential selloff, but you should take a look at some of your strongest positions and consider taking some profits off the table to putting your money to work in safer stocks.

Safe-haven stocks are generally very defensive in nature, and while you will not expect to see huge share gains in these stocks, you can typically expect slow and steady gains with little to no risk of a huge sell off.

These stocks look very attractive at this time, and as such you ought to consider adding a few to your portfolio for a little defense and to ensure the latter part of the year is as successful as the first half.

The following 20 stocks are all great safe-haven stocks that I like now by fundamentals and technical indicators. They are in no particular order, and each appear to be solid buy candidates at this point.

These are the results...

20 High-Yield Stocks With Low Beta Ratios

The market’s had its ups and downs this year, but there is sure to be more volatility ahead of us in 2017. There is a lot of speculation over the health of the global economy. Will China keep falling behind growth expectations? Will the high market valuation cause a short-term sell off?

As long as the market has big questions with no concrete answers, there is sure to be more volatility ahead of us. When the global environment is uncertain, it is wise to reduce your market exposure by picking up some low beta stocks. Stocks with a low beta tend to see a lower magnitude of price changes compared to the broader market.

The secret sauce behind high performance is low volatility. Stock portfolios built with low beta stocks tend to outperform high-beta growth stocks. And you sleep at night without having to worry about big swings in the market.

It is foolish to assume that taking on more risk will produce higher returns. We all want the sure thing in business with no risk, but this is nearly impossible to find. But it possible to find low-beta stocks with steadily rising dividends or high dividends. I've done some research in order to find the best high-yield dividend stocks with low beta ratios.

These 20 stocks have high yields at low beta ratios...

20 Undervalued Dividend Stocks With PE's Below 10

The S&P 500 is currently trading near an all-time high, which is making it quite difficult to find companies that are trading on the cheap.

However, if you're willing to turn over a lot of rocks, you'll find that there are still a handful of stocks out there that are trading for dirt-cheap prices.

With dividend stocks hot this year, some market experts are advising investors to be cautious and selective. Identifying companies with room to raise dividends significantly, rather than focusing on finding the highest yields, might be your best way forward.

I've tried to find a couple of undervalued stocks that might not be overbought or overprices. I've selected those stocks with positive earnings growth and single digit P/E's multiples.

Here are the results of my research...

20 High Yielding Oversold And Underestimated Dividend Paying Stocks

I get questions from retired and income investors asking about oversold dividend stocks.

In the current market, a lot of dividends stocks — particularly the more well-known ones — are hitting new 52-week highs on a regular basis.

These investors want to know if buying at all-time or 52-week highs is a mistake.

The answer is usually, “it depends.” If you have a long-term horizon of, say, ten years or more, it doesn’t really matter.

The other answer, however, is that if the investor is looking for solid dividend stocks, there’s no reason to confine oneself to Johnson & Johnson (JNJ).

There are other dividend payers out there, and I prefer to look for stock that are 10% or more off their 52-week highs.

I personally use the technical indicator of the RSI in order to identify really oversold dividend paying stocks.

It suggests that, in an environment where everyone is looking for yield, that the stock has sold off for reasons that aren’t critical to its ongoing operations. That creates a buying opportunity.

Here are 20 higher capitalzied dividend stocks with yields over 4% looking oversold and undervalued:

20 High Yielding Stocks With A Low Risk Profile To Consider

I want to talk today to a specific audience: current or soon-to-be retirees who have done a great job of saving for retirement but don't want to see their nest egg disappear as they enjoy their golden years.

The backbone of any retirement portfolio is a collection of solid, dividend-paying stocks. It's all the better if those stocks are relatively low-risk. Here I'm going to look at three different stocks that are as boring as they get. They deal with soup, jellies, and paint, among other things.

But for low-risk investors, boring is good. And so is an uber-safe dividend payout. Attached you will find a couple of stocks from my safe heaven list, which is basicly focussed on large caps with low beta ratios and high dividend payments, all with a low debt leverage.

These are the 20 highest yielding results...

20 Cheapest Large Cap Stocks With Fat Dividends And Low Debt Ratios

Blue chip stocks are established large-cap businesses that pay reliable dividends. They have long corporate histories and provide well-known products and/or services.

De-risk your portfolio with undervalued dividend payers that you can watch grow inside of your portfolio. With the market pulling back again, now is a great time to start adding shares while they’re cheap.

There are a number of stocks that have taken a beating of late, and that’s created some great buying opportunities. There are close to 350 stocks that pay a 2% plus dividend yield and are down 10% in 2016.

However, not all of these dividends are actually “cheap” from a valuation perspective, nor do all have the balance sheets or cash flows to support their dividends.

The key is to be prudent.

Attached you will see a list of the 20 cheapest dividend paying large cap stocks by forward price to earnings ratio. I've only listed those with a market cap over 10 billion with a debt to equity ratio below one. Those are two very essential restrictions to my screen.

As might see, there is a good mix of all sectors: Financials, Industrials, Services, Technology, Healthcare and Utilites.

These are the 20 cheapest dividend paying large caps by forward P/E ratio...

20 Highest Yielding Asian ADR's

The search for yield is increasingly difficult, with interest rates around the world now close to record lows. This could push investors toward Asian high dividend stocks.

I recently started looking more closely at Asian ADRs I know well. Many names have come up enough, or have increased their dividend payout enough, that they may now be attractive to US investors looking for yield.

These yields are, in most cases, a bit lower than what one would find in the US. However, I think they possess some advantages from which an investor looking for a high-yield portfolio of securities might benefit.

Investors should still remain selective in the Asian high dividend space, focusing on those with stable cash flow and a track record of sustainable dividends. Within traditional Asian high dividend sectors, I like Singapore and Hong Kong real estate investment trusts, and select telecom stocks.

Attached you will find a selection of the highest yielding, higher capitalized Asian dividend stocks, listed as a ADR.

Here are the results...

20 Midcap High-Yield Stocks With Dividend Yields Between 5.05% and 20.21%

When you year the term "high yield dividend stock," probably the thing that comes to mind is a stock with a dividend yield in the 5%-7% range.

If you are looking at the highest yielding stocks out there, then we're talking about companies with yields in the teens, twenties, and even as high as 70%!

If that kind of return sounds too good to be true, that's because it is. Here's a list of the 20 highest yielding dividend stocks that are traded on the major U.S. exchanges and have market caps of greater than $2 billion.

Each of the results have a positve return on asset ratio which means that the corporate makes money on its assets. In addition, these income should grow over the next five years.

I also implemented a ratio to experess the debt load of the company. The stocks should have a debt-to-equity ratio of less than 1.

The 20 top results have a yield ratio between 5.05% and 20.21%

Here are the 20 highest yielding results from the list...

20 Stocks To Buy | The Most Recommended Utilities At The Market

Utilities with a buy or better rating originally published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com". Some investors love utilities, others hate them. I am somewhere in the middle. I never invested money into the utility sector because I know that strong growth is nearly impossible at low investment cots. So you should not get a quick big return.

The only chance to make a little money is with time optimized stock trading. But that's to complicated for me and means hard work. I love it to buy some high-quality growth stocks to receive the dividends without keeping an eye on anything and having fun with my live.

The good thing on utilities is that they generate stable cash flows and they can use the incoming money to pay high dividends and repurchase own shares. I believe that it makes more sense to buy bonds of those companies because if the company jumps into trouble the dividend payments and share buyback programs will be reduced as first. The bondholders suffer at the end.

However, I like to show you today which utilities are the most recommended at the market. I made a small list of the 20 best stocks which excludes stocks with a market capitalization below USD 2 billion because I personally think the risk should be much higher as for mid-capitalized stocks.

Below the 20 hottest utilities are sixteen with a dividend; two are high-yields.
